I am forever grateful to the generosity given by The Cross Trust and for the confidence bolstered in me. The Trust's decision to help support my study of medicine in China took some of the financial pressures off my experience, and allowed me to drive on with my studies. I can also now report that I have successfully completed my medical degree, obtained my licence to practice medicine in the UK and am currently working as an Emergency doctor in a hospital in Scotland. The funding along the way has allowed me to enjoy the journey more. I hope one day to give back to The Cross Trust and encourage others to achieve their potential, and more.
