Coming from an area with few resources for the arts, a career in opera could easily have been considered an impossible feat.
Thanks to the generosity of The Cross Trust I have not had to limit my ambitions due to financial hardships, and I was able to study for a Master of Musical Arts at the Yale School of Music.
Through this opportunity I was a Metropolitan Opera National Council Award District Winner and have kickstarted an international career as an operatic soprano.
