The Cross Trust gave me invaluable financial support whilst studying at Edinburgh College of Art, enabling me to focus on my degree with less worry about supporting myself. It meant I was able to work less to supplement my studies and, without doubt, this allowed me to dedicate more time and energy into my work.
I graduated in 2005 with a First Class Honours in Performance Costume Design and with this footing I have been fortunate enough to have worked solidly in the film and television industry ever since.
I will always be incredibly thankful for the Trust's generosity towards me.
